This post serves two purposes. First is to let you all know that I'll be
going through the mail bounces a bit more rigorously soon. Prime candidates
for removal are cases where users aren't found and when hosts aren't known.
The problem comes from the fact that some addresses continuously bounce back
messages yet they appear to be receiving e-mail. I may be e-mailing their
postmasters to help clear this up. These bounces take up processing time on
Netcom and I'm sure Primenet will squawk at me when I move the lists there
(SOON! Gotta update the user databases there).
The second purpose of this message is to see what addresses are bouncing
back to the people who POST a message. I got a few back from earlier posts
at my work address but there wasn't any meaningful header information so I
couldn't track what address is at fault. :(
At any rate, have fun all.
Dan
(Who's getting kinda mad at the lack of 32 bit apps for NT and software
vendors asking what 32 bit was! What, NT is the bleeding edge of 32 bit
technology? ARGH! BUT! LightWave renders stuff real fast! :) )
